We’ve quickly raced through the first month of the 2023-24 regular season as the Grand Valley State Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams pushed ahead with more non-conference action this past week as the men hosted one of the best area teams out of the NAIA, while the #2-ranked women entertained a team out of the East Coast Conference.

The highlight from the past week was the Laker women holding the Saints to 22% shooting while winning the battle on the boards by a wide 50-27 margin.
