Grand Valley State Football heads into Year #2 of the Scott Wooster era, which begins on Thursday, September 5th at 7pm against the Central State Marauders at Lubbers Stadium, ranked in the Top Five in both the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) and D2Football.com (Media) Preseason Polls.

The Lakers come in ranked #4 nationally in AFCA Preseason Poll and #5 in the D2Football.com Preseason Poll.
