The #4-ranked Grand Valley State Lakers left no doubt in their 2024 season and home opener on Thursday night against the Central State Marauders using a punishing rushing attack and stout defensive effort to come away with 58-0 shutout win inside Lubbers Stadium.

The Lakers will hit the road for the first time this season on Saturday, September 14th for a showdown against the ThunderWolves of Colorado State-Pueblo.
